The Galaxy S25 Edge, which adheres to Samsung’s minimalist design philosophy, is packaged in a stylish matte black box with just the phone unit, a SIM ejector, a USB-C connector, and afast start guide. No power adapter is included, consistent with Samsung’s eco-friendly packaging policy in recent years.
Upon first impression, the device feels lightweight and ultra-slim. The Galaxy S25 Edge weighs only 163 grams, making it easy to hold and slide into a shirt pocket. The titanium frame exudes strength and luxury, while the 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display delivers crisp, clear images and a smooth, adjustable refresh rate between 1–120 Hz.

Along with integrating Galaxy AI capabilities like live translation, video/audio object erasers, and sophisticated photo optimization, Samsung has also given this model a larger vapor chamber than the S25 Plus.
Initial User Experience
In light use tests, the Galaxy S25 Edge performed flawlessly during multitasking and when running demanding apps. The 200MP main camera produces incredibly sharp, detailed images, although the absence of a telephoto lens limits zoom capabilities.
The display shines even under direct sunlight, with peak brightness exceeding 2,600 nits. The Android 15 OS and One UI 7 interface feel snappy, and AI tools add significant usability enhancements.
However, the main trade-off lies in battery life. With a 3,900 mAh battery, the phone lasts around 12–13 hours of active use—shorter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which can reach up to 17 hours. Charging speed is decent at 25W, but slower than the 45W support found in the S25 Plus and Ultra.
